1. Introduction

Welcome to SmartFixUg, a phone repair training platform. By using our services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Accounts and Registration

  • You must create an account to access our courses.
  • You agree to provide accurate information during registration.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must not share your account with others.

3. Subscription Plans

  • We offer Basic, Pro, and Premium plans with different features and pricing.
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled.
  • You can view available subscription plans at any time from our pricing page.
  • Billing cycles include monthly, quarterly, and annual options.

4. Payment Terms

  • Payments are made via Binance, USDT, MTN Mobile Money, and Airtel Money.
  • All payments are non-refundable except as required by law.
  • Crypto and mobile money payments require manual verification and admin approval.
  • You must provide valid payment proof (screenshot) for verification.
  • Failed or fraudulent payments may result in account suspension.

5. Course Access

  • You get access to course materials for the duration of your active subscription.
  • You cannot share or resell course content.
  • Course access may be revoked if you violate these Terms.
  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue courses at any time.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All course content is owned by SmartFixUg or its licensors.
  • You cannot copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.
  • Unauthorized use may result in legal action.
  • Course materials are for personal educational use only.

7. User Conduct

  • You must use our platform responsibly and follow our community guidelines.
  • Harassment, abuse, or inappropriate behavior is prohibited.
  • You must not attempt to hack, disrupt, or damage our platform.
  • You must not use our services for illegal purposes.

8. Termination

  • We can terminate your account for violating these Terms.
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
  • Upon termination, you will lose access to all course materials.
  • No refunds will be provided for early termination.

9. Changes to Terms

We can update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or platform notification. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Uganda. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Uganda.
